Creating a passenger-focused page within the saved booking section of the app that enables users to review and update details, including assisted travel

Project overview

Background

Once a user saves their booking in the app, they can see more information around the booking details and self serve amendments to their booking.

Goal

The goal of this project was to enhance accessibility and clarity within the saved booking section by surfacing passenger-level details, particularly around assisted travel, so users could easily view, confirm, or update their individual travel needs.

Problem statement

Before this project, the app's saved booking section lacked a dedicated page for passenger details. While some information was accessible, it required effort to find, and there was no clear way to see if a passenger had requested assisted travel—or to add it if they hadn’t.

This project required backend API work to retrieve passenger-level data, enabling this information to be clearly displayed on the new screen.
